My Dining Room

My boyfriend and I bought our condo over 2 years ago, and I still haven’t completed decorating our humble abode. Partly because I’ve been so busy with side jobs but more so because I’m the most indecisive person in the world.

I love so many different styles that I just can’t seem to put my finger on what I want my place to look and feel like. So, I’ve decided to create boards for each of the different looks that I love. Hopefully there will be a winner. We have some of the items pictured such as the Ikea Torsby table with white glass top (70″ wide or seats 6), a rustic bench that we scored from Kijiji; bench shown here is from West Elm.

And one of my FAVE purchases of all time: our antique spanish chandy. It only took me a year to find the perfect chandelier! I love the Louis XVI chair (even wrote a post about it) , but I have an extremely hard time visualizing what it would look like with my white table.

Our pick: -showroom depth for chandeliers, pendants and table lamps.

I was even considering a new wooden table to go with my new Louis chairs (chairs I haven’t even found or purchased yet). Yes, I’m kind of obsessed.

However, if I do purchase a new piece, I plan on selling my furniture as well and buying items second hand if possible. After all, I’m ALWAYS on a budget!

So, here’s my first board: Soft & Dreamy. I’m thinking this might be a little too feminine for my boyfriend, so it’s pretty much guaranteed there will be at least 2 more boards a comin’. He needs to love it too. What do you think? sources: table: Ikea chair: Restoration Hardware chandelier image: London Loft bench image: Crate and Barrel wallpaper image:
