Spread Love, It's The Brooklyn Way

The Brooklyn Flea, NYC></p>
<p>This was numero uno on our NYC itinerary and I couldn't wait to explore. They had everything from jewelry, vintage clothing, to baseball cards and furniture.</p>
<p><img src=Junction Flea, but I'm happy to say the Junction is much prettier. The vendors really know how to pretty up their booths, something I did not see at the Brooklyn Flea. Also, if you're the type that loves to sift (like me), these types of markets may be a little too curated for your taste. Personally, I love finding a diamond in the ruff say at a thrift store or garage sale. But it's still fun to check out these flea markets for unique pieces!

And of course we had to satisfy our tastebuds! We headed straight to the Pupusas stand. Something we don’t get to enjoy that often in our hometown of Mississauga. If you haven’t tried pupusas, you are missing out friends. Definitely worth a try, they are Delish!

NYC Bound!

<p>Back in November, I wrote <a href=a post about how I was missing NYC. Well, in exactly 24 hours from now I will be stepping off the plane and arriving at one of my favourite cities. I'm so excited! Can ya tell?

My boyfriend surprised me with not only a trip to NYC but also tickets to see Queen B herself, Mrs. Carter! I'm one lucky girl, aren't I? He really is amazing. I've been so busy lately so this will be the perfect getaway for us to spend some quality time together. He scored some serious points with this one; waaay beyond brownie points I would say :)

We're going to do a few things we missed last time like: The Brooklyn Flea, biking in Central Park, Yankee Stadium and the Brooklyn Bridge (can't believe we missed this last time). I will probably take about 500 photos easily on this trip. My camera and I will be inseparable!

Have a great weekend everyone and to my Canadian readers, enjoy the long weekend!
